1 – Media Relations Protocol
Our Design and Media Relations and Human Resources department manage all media releases and queries.
Please note that priority is given to media requests from accredited media sources (representatives of a recognized media organization).
Media requests by non-accredited media and students will be logged and dealt with in sequence. While we will make every effort to accommodate non-accredited requests, delays in responses may occur.
Stakeholders, community groups, and residents who contact us to request information will be re-directed accordingly.
2 – Access to City promotional resources for the third party messaging
APS has several digital and analog promotional resources and other facilities for public service announcements and event promotions at its disposal. APS may, at its discretion, allow third-party reports on these company-owned resources for promotional messaging (event or otherwise) for the benefit of the City of Ottawa and its residents.
